Hello! I have an LG dryer model slg7301ve that had the door swing direction reversed.

When it was done the door swung as expected, but when I opened it from the top to use the easy load feature the dryer is now stuck in this configuration where it will only open from the top and no longer swings on and close on the hinge.

Any recommendations on what to check would be appreciated. I've watched videos on YT for how to reverse the door swing and everything seems to be in the appropriate place.
