All the daylight hours, my heart rhythm is basically normal. And then around 6:00pm, the PVCs start, usually in a bigeminal pattern. I can “break” the rhythm by gagging, stretching, or standing up and moving. As soon as I lie down it comes back.

Thus my nights consist of lying down, getting frustrated, getting up to walk, drink, eat, stretch, anything to break the pattern, then lying down again and the cycle starts over. I finally fall asleep exhausted on the couch at 4:00 am and get 3 hours total. This is horrible.

Why can I not just fall asleep and stay asleep in bigeminy? I usually wake up in sinus. I take Flecainide and Metoprolol. Suggestions?

Sincerely, Underslept
