Anyone get dizzy much worse when lying down? No matter what position I am in, it feels like I’m on boat and losing my sense of balance.

I called ambulance a few days ago because I didn’t know what was wrong with me. They came ran some tests. Made sure it’s not a stroke. They think my vertigo is caused by vestibular neuritis.

Strange thing about my condition is, when I’m talking to people sitting up I don’t really get a lot of imbalance or dizziness. It’s quite mild when I’m standing. But when I’m lying down no matter what position I am in, it feels like I’m on a boat swaying side to side.

Just in case I’m gonna get an MRI and ct scan done to make sure it’s nothing more serious.
