Whats the difficulty level of NUTECH ISL compared to Nust NET , i wanted to get into Mechanical eng.? also i wanted to know any cheap hostel, hotel or guest house near Nutech or surrounding.
I’m from interior Sindh, and I want to move to Islamabad for my bachelor’s degree. However, I’m confused about which option to choose. I currently have two choices: Air University and National University of Technology (NUTECH).
I’ve done extensive research about the universities, hostel life, living expenses, and overall affordability. Moving to Islamabad would definitely push me out of my comfort zone, and managing hostel life independently would also be a major adjustment. On the other hand, Mehran University of Engineering and Technology is a more budget-friendly option and is closer to home, which makes things easier and more convenient for me.
So my main question is: would it genuinely be worth leaving my comfort zone and spending significantly more money to study in Islamabad? Are there any strong, practical, or career-oriented reasons to choose NUTECH or Air University over Mehran University? I’m looking for honest opinions regarding:
