First of all, thanks for all the love and support these past two days! Was much appreciated!
Shoulder twitching was mentioned a lot of times, my right shoulder is tighter than the left actually, that might have had something to do with it.
Also, I thought the issue could be while transitioning out of the dead hang, so I wanted to try this: go to active hang from dead hang, pause for a sec and then do the pull up.
Seems to have done the trick, these look much cleaner imo. Some reps were a bit spazzy still, but I think over time it should even out.
What do y'all think?
