Bigme’s US return facility is a total mess (San Dimas)

I wanted to share a warning about my experience trying to get a HiBreak Pro repaired.

I loved the phone for the first 30 days, especially as a photographer working outdoors, but the camera hardware failed out of nowhere. It completely lost the ability to focus on anything more than an inch away. Support told me to ship it to their warehouse in San Dimas, CA for repair, which is where things got shady.

USPS confirmed the package was delivered to the mailbox on April 24th, but Bigme’s story kept shifting. First they said they never got it, then they claimed their mailbox was "damaged" and the package was gone, and then they tried to blame a "USPS facility box." It makes no sense for an item to be scanned as delivered if it’s still at a USPS facility.

The most frustrating part was that they tried to force me to file a claim with the carrier for a package that was already successfully delivered to their own address.

I eventually had to go through my bank to get a refund. Chase flagged it as a loss/theft at the delivery site and luckily covered me. (Thankfully the window was still open)

If you have to send a device to that San Dimas location, require a signature and document everything. Their receiving setup is clearly unsecured and they won’t have your back if it goes missing on their property. Serial number of the missing unit is B651CNB2FNLB006000291 just in case it pops up for sale somewhere.

tldr: My HiBreak Pro camera died after 30 days. Sent it to Bigme’s San Dimas hub where USPS confirmed delivery, but Bigme claimed their mailbox was "damaged" and the phone vanished. They tried to dodge responsibility, but Chase eventually covered the loss. Their return facility is unsecure, if you ship there, require a signature.
