This guy has officially destroyed the scaling of the old gen. His scaling is rather inconsistent, because despite being "equal" to Rocks, this guy, after OVER 2 DECADES and a whole ass covenant where bro got buffed to oblivion, he STILL doesnt have better feats than DR Xebec.

Now realistically, this doesnt even make sense since:

A) Domi Reversi is just some random move that Imu can just dish out whereas the HK Covenant is like a ritual so it should be a higher buff.

B) Its been over 2 DECADES since Rocks died. There is no way the King of the Giants has done NOTHING in that time frame. He should have atleast surpassed Rocks base form pre-HK Covenant.

The problem with this Harald bum is because his ass is so weak he got packed by Loki. Now guys, dont pretend Loki aint stronger than Harald. Please dont cope. After that win against HK Harald, we could potentially have chains like this:

Shanks =< Mihawk

Mihawk >= Shanks > Loki > HK Harald = DR Xebec < GV Roger + GV Garp.

We have reason to assume that DR Rocks = Prime Roger as Sengoku did say Rocks was his greatest rival. And if we assume that Harald IS stronger than Xebec, which he realistically should be, then:

Mihawk >= Shanks > Loki > HK Harald > DR Xebec = Prime Roger = Prime Garp = Prime WB

Also, the Shanks win against Loki imo probably isnt legit. However, we must maintain the Agenda so I will assume Loki got beat in a 1v1.

There are some guys who downscale BB because he had to sneak attack Boa. To that I say, wtf do you want him to do? Get turned to stone?

I actually think that Joyboy himself would have sneak attacked Hancock if he knew what her powers were. Like who tf wouldn't sneak attack a baddie who can turn you to stone if you think she's hot?

They'll say things like "He gets hax diffed" of course he gets hax diffed. The only person in the verse who maybe has more hax than her is Imu and that's questionable. Even Prime Roger would get hax diffed in this situation so if anything Teach outsmarted her and this is upscale for him.

I dont mean to be that guy but we know that Loki has some of the most impressive feats in the verse and has single handedly eclipsed the old gen with his win against old man Harald. He has an ancient Zoan devil fruit, is a descendant of an ancient giant, has one of the most broken weapons on the verse and is a top tier haki user. With all this is mind, I just cant see how Shanks can over come this man. Even NERONA IMU couldnt believe that Loki beat Harald and your telling me Shanks left that battelfield without sustaining a SINGLE major injury? Nah thats a bit much

Type: Paramecia

Ability: User can steal a person's stamina and physical stats for themselves, nerfing their opponents while making themselves stronger. The limit to this power is how much strength the users body can handle depending on how high their ceiling is.

They can also steal objects from long range without touching them and also body parts of people including internal organs. For instance, if a person was about to attack, the user of this fruit can stop their arms from moving using their fruit. They can also drag out a person's heart which would be an instant KO for most.

Cons: Fruit requires user to use his hand to steal internal organs. This skill also requires high levels of precision from the user.

So yh, is this a top tier fruit?

Genuinely think Hakimi is levels above WZE in that RB position. Not to mention Fabian Ruiz hasnt played in a long while so I dont think he can hang with Bayern in that midfield.
