Purchased two tickets for Glendale tonight VIP back in November 2025x arrived at arena and the tickets scanned invalid. Support says they won’t refund because concert already started and we didn’t complain at time of purchase. Was able to get one ticket for my room mate on Ticketmaster in the seats at a strange angle. Never doing business with them again.
