The funniest things ive heard this season from this subreddit is

  1. People were mentioning this is a deep draft class, anyone in the top 10 has the ability to change our franchise. Meanwhile we get 7th and everyone crying lol. Thought it was a deep draft class yall.

  2. We wanted to lose games, yet when we were losing games (before our W streak at the end).....yall like "Doug Christie sucks!", "fire DC"............wasnt he doing what yall wanted him to do, losing games? but then ya get mad when he won. Did you guys want him to win more games or something?

  3. Someone mentioned something about purposely losing games is dumb and it fks the integrity of the game up. Someone replied saying that no one is trying to purposely lose games, tanking is is about weakening the roster so that they can lose for a higher draft pick, ...............................bruh.

Adults (35+) with kids, how do you feel about other adults with no kids?

For any of you who are older than 35+ and have kids. How do you feel about other adults who are of the same age or older that have no kids? Do you look down on them or do you envy them?

Im 40 and have no kids, im always out doing stuff, and i cant help but think that my friends or family members who are around my age and have kids, look down on me because i dont have kids. But sometimes i think they envy me because i am doing a bunch of stuff. Anytime we invite those parents out to do stuff they always seem kind of pissed that they cant go out with us, so it made me wonder.

I used to run a lot in my 20s and even in my early 30s i was pretty decent at it. I am 40 now and i really want to start getting into running again. My pace right now is horrible, 10m/mi and i can only run for about 1.5m.

Question is: how come sometimes when i start running, i go so fast, but then i dont have a sense of slowing down...which in turn tires me out very early but i can still push through. im even aware that im going fast but for some reason, i cannot slow down. Its like my mind says "this is how you started the run, youre going to be running at this pace for the whole time". Meanwhile some days when i start my run, i feel paced and i dont feel like im pushing it too hard at the beginning of my run.
