So, I’m a 30 YO male, pretty healthy aside from the weight and pretty active despite the weight that led to surgery (it was by choice to get it done).
I’ve been able to consume more soft food/puree soft solids despite the 2 weeks of liquids, phase 1. Phase 2 soft foods like crab meat shredded/broken down and etc.
Yesterday I did the baked ricotta and today. I did chicken shredded pretty good and moistened pretty well, with homemade queso/cheese dip, and tomato’s with mild salsa in maybe a 6-8 oz snack cup thing. ONLY side effects: I knew I was definitely getting full from that and then some hiccups.
Is this normal? I’ve healed pretty freaking well also. So maybe the surgery and bodily changes are even better now (probably like my prime was).
Any ideas???
