Hello! My wife’s lock on her Samsonite luggage appears to be jammed. The code is correct and she’s opened it many times on our trip with that same combination. After a train ride, it stopped working. Oddly, the third dial feels “loose” (it spins too smoothly without a click between each number) compared to the other two dials which feel responsive and click with every turn. Any ideas what might have happened and how to fix it?
