Hey I’m 23M looking for a lease takeover or roommates to apartment hunt with and find a place starting June 1 at the latest. My budget’s around $2k but can go up to $2.5k for the right room. Open to anywhere that’s within ~30 min of Union Sq but I’m looking more at Williamsburg/Bushwick/East Village/Gramercy Park!

I like to stay active, go to the movies, try new restaurants and like to stick to a general routine during the week. I’d want to be friendly with roommates and be able to hang out from time to time, but totally get wanting some time to myself!
