Hello,

I was hoping to hear input about how you all are approaching health insurance in school while it is not realistic to work a full time job and get insurance through that.

It looks like schools usually offer thier own plan through some insurance provider and this is what I am considering at the moment, but there doesn't seem to be any way for me to get an estimate for the price until school starts, which for me is in August. I dont want to be uninsured for 3 months so I am wondering if anyone has experience being on school health plans and if so are they reasonably priced? For reference it will be an Aetna plan.

Right now I have been expanding my first CS2 city and I am trying to do traffic the right way. I have tried to only build the capacity that I need, respect road hierarchy, and have efficient transit.

I am now trying to redevelop central areas to have greater density now that my city has reached 70k.

My question is with this increased density, how do you all determine if capacity is the bottleneck vs one of those other factors that I mentioned?
