So I’m in the process of making an Yme-Loc army and I’ve always thought the ‘bumps’ on their armour were possible to be gems.

Created some weird lore that meant humanoids have emeralds, vehicles have bronze ‘bumps’ (they believe they grant power and luck etc etc)

I’ve only done a guardian squad, a bike, some named units and a squad of wraithguard so it isn’t too late to go back to square one and remove these.

TLDR: do bumps as emeralds and bronze or just as normal armour look better?

I am planning to paint an Yme-Loc army and had an idea to have the little ‘nobbles’ on the humanoid characters emeralds and bronze on the vehicles (due to some lore I came up with to make it work)

Do they look like a decent idea to have for a whole army or is it a bit much?

Also feedback would be cool to see where I can improve 😁
