My baby is 10 months old and is obsessed with standing up. Every morning when we go to get him from the crib, he pulls up to stand and reaches for us. He hadn’t tried to stand without us there until last night, when I watched him on the monitor stand right up and start banging in the wall (happily). He wears a woolino sleep sack every night, which in theory should fit him for a long time, but I’m nervous about him standing up in it.

I know by 1 year old we can start using a blanket (not that he’ll keep that on himself), and it’s about to be summer. Curious what people did once their baby could stand. Do you stick with the sleep sack and hope they don’t trip and fall? Just transition straight to a blanket in the crib once allowed?
