With the site being decommissioned next month (I assume the beginning of May) and claims are still being tied to this current system, what about pending claims that they haven’t processed after getting all the documentation they requested? Does this just go away? So pending claims are null and void?

Are people just getting random denials or they are being closed without looking at what you sent (they pretend like they haven’t heard from you and close your claim instead of reviewing the documentation you’ve sent them)? It’s not like they have transitioned the current claims to the new system. Are these claims going to be processed before May 1? Some of the additional requested documents were submitted last month or earlier. If I resubmit all the documents again, will it restart the processing clock?

Anyone else in this boat or any guidance or insight?

I’m up for audible renewal in a few days. I don’t use it that much except for a podcast or two or a few books I’ve bought. The best retention offer so far has been $85.99. I may revisit audible again - are there better offers offered if you cancel and some time lapses, or the current retention offer of $86?
