I was completing the post game specifically the Rocket Warehouse on Five Island.To get the sapphire from the scientist there are 2 Team Rocket Admins in your way.For the first admin,by the time she sent her last pokemon vileplume,I said let's use alakazam.See my alakazam has two super effective moves against vileplume Psychic (135BP with stab) Fire Punch (75BP) and for some reason I decided to use fire punch.It survived on a slither of hp and used stun spore (75% accurate) which has a 3/4 chance of hitting.After getting paralyzed, vileplume outspeeds alakazam and uses sludge bomb which got a critical hit (6.25% chance or 1 in 16) my alakazam fainted.Took out the vileplume with my nidoking.Decided to face the other admin with nidoking as my leading pokemon.That admin opened with golbat and my nidoking had rock slide which was super effective.I used it but it missed.Thats alright its only 80% accurate so 1 in 5 chance of missing.Golbat used confuse ray.Next turn my nidoking hit itself in confusion (50% chance or 1 in 2) and golbat landed a crit air cutter ( **1 in 16).**Next turn nidoking hit itself in confusion again ( 1 in 2) and golbat used shadow ball and got a sp def drop (10% chance or 1 in 10).Next turn my nidoking again hit itself in confusion again ( 1 in 2 ) and fainted.I was expecting maybe a 1 in 3000 or 5000 chance until I started sharing this to my friend and had been writing down all the chances and then realised wait this could be a lil rare.I decided to compute this so I wrote down all the chances and calculated.From the start, the chance is going to be 1 in (1.33 x 16 x 5 x 2 x 16 x 2 x 10 x 2) which roughly comes out to 1 in 136533, approximately 17x rarer than a shiny.....
