Most frustrating day so far. Had very little bleeding, just bits of spotting since day 3 and was starting to feel good and positive... Then today I must have shifted wrong on my sofa, and seemingly pulled a scab by the frenulum off...

I didn't actually notice the bleeding until after it had stopped again but my god... It can bleed can't it 🤣. Just one of those parts of healing where it suddenly feels like I'm almost back on day 1 again and it sucks.

Update: showered, dried blood came off nicely, and no new blood appeared
