Hey everyone! I have received an Offer letter from company Y and here in my current company X there is notice period of 3 months...Company Y is telling me to join it within one month... now what to do?...

there is buyout procedure too in my current company but I asked my manager for it, he told no you cant leave you have to serve full 3 months and are not approving me to relieve early

Also i have submitted my resignation a week ago and I put my expected relieving date as 21st May

Please guide me ... thank you
