I recently sent in my Twistura D-Minor because the DAC was clearly defective, and the response I got back was basically “everything is working fine.”

But that’s just not true.

The DAC has multiple issues:

* It doesn’t connect properly half the time

* Sometimes only one side works

* It randomly triggers Google Assistant / Gemini

*Volume spikes on its own

These aren’t minor inconveniences,it’s straight-up unusable at times.

What’s frustrating is that it feels like they didn’t even properly test it, just ran through a checklist and cleared it. The whole process feels rushed, like they’re just trying to get through backlog rather than actually evaluating the product properly.

I expected better from Headphone Zone given their reputation, but this experience has been really disappointing.

My IQOO 15 is currently running smoothly with satisfactory battery life, even when using it in full HD. However, I'm hesitant to update, as this is my first flagship phone and I don't want to disrupt the good experience I have. Do you think it's worth updating?

Hey everyone,

I recently bought the Twistura D Minor IEM from Headphone Zone, and I’m running into a weird issue with the DAC.

When I plug in the USB-C cable one way, everything works fine. But if I flip the USB-C (plug it in upside down), only the left earbud works and the right side completely cuts out.

From what I understand, USB-C should be reversible and shouldn’t affect audio channels like this, so it feels like something’s off.

Has anyone else experienced this with the Twistura D Minor or similar IEMs? Would really appreciate your input before I try to get a replacement.

Thanks!
