Context: About a year ago, a classmate named Armando from my school was killed. It happened as the school day ended when everyone was coming out. His friend got into a fight in front of the middle school connected to ours. It was In front of the entrance so everyone was crowding around to watch. From what I know, it was a gang related fight but from what I know and from what others said Armando was not gang associated. And Armando seeing this tries to stop his friend from the fight so he'd be safe, only for it to take a bad turn. As the person Armando's friend was fighting pulled out a knife and ended up stabbing Armando multiple times in the chest (Also the stabber had the assistance of his brother with him) which had pierced his heart. I was there when it happened and it was so fast I didn't know how to register what even happened. The dude and his brother run and Armando just backs up and runs around yelling out in pain cursing. That's when a supervisor and another kid took him to the middle school front office. He died on the way to the hospital because the ambulance took too long. There used to be another memorial for him when it happened but when summer break had started it was taken down. But now I guess someone today put one up to memorialize him once more. It sucked though since it was only 2 months from summer break and he ended it being killed.
