As the title says,
I haven’t received the email that confirms my qualification to the NAFFL tagging.
For context, i got approved of the Visa Signature card last November 2025. As per T&C, you can downgrade from any other card into a qualifying card which is the Blue Classic Masteecard or the Gold Mastercard only, and then any transaction you have done from the previous card and the card you converted into will be summed up towards the spending requirement, 30k for the Blue Classic and 50k for Gold.
I have converted to the Gold Mastercard and have met the spend requirement way back January, waited for the issuance of the NAFFL email tagging on April 01, called three times to customer service and this hasn’t been resolved. Any other way I could take this further apart?
This has become quite frustrating considering that this is a minor issue.
