iNaturalist just put this in the “bee” category and left it at that. I’ve tried googling but can’t get anything that looks similar. Please help!

This little friend has been hanging around my front garden. I’ve only seen the one and he/she seems to possibly live in the ground? I’m doing some remodeling of this space and want to ensure I don’t ruin their home in the process.

Located in Minnesota.
