Hi everyone

Any thoughts/advice on how to get a more even extraction on this Ethiopian Natural? Am I doomed given that it’s a natural? I’ve ensured correct dose using the coin method (18.5g using IMS competition 18-22 basket) If I go more coarse on the grind the result is the same only faster. Finer and the shot doesn’t pull at all.

Work flow is RDT, grind to metal dosing cup, light shake before dumping into portafilter, WDT, tamp with calibrated self leveling palm tamper.

Any advice is appreciated
