A Clockwork Orange — Saw it “too young,” but it was the first film that showed me what filmmaking and storytelling can really do.
Gremlins 2 — Ultimate satire. Still amazed by everything it gets away with. There will never be another movie like it.
Fire Walk with Me — David Lynch means a lot to me, and his depiction of Laura Palmer brings out a level of empathy no other film has.
Before Sunset — A romance with no kiss. I love the real-time, stripped-down approach, and revisiting the characters a decade after Sunrise is wonderful.
