I started on sertraline 25 mg yesterday at around 2pm and wanted to see if it would make me sleepy or wired and anxious since it seems it can go either way. It made me very sleepy. Is my first dose enough to determine if that's just how it will make me feel till my body gets used to it? I'm trying to decide if I should take my daily dose in the morning with breakfast or in the evening with dinner. I know some people end up with fatigue while others get insomnia/anxiety. Thx!
