Women have positive effects during perimenopause while taking soy products

I see that so often on reddit, they have less hot flashes, urine trips etc. and soy consumption apparently helps, so it does bring up their estrogen.

Studies show that it does indeed affect your hormones but it’s dose dependent like everything else, so you need like 6-9k isoflavones daily. And 1 cup of soy milk has 70mg from Trader Joes. Negligible impact most likely, but keep in mind atleast to avoid large consumption

I hope this helps someone, because I know it can be hard to think clearly and do research while having either of overgrowth.
I uploaded to different AI (Claude+ Gemini are the best for science) my 3 gas breath test at 55 Hydrogen, GI MAP, OAT, and methylation + Detox panel from my raw DNA data to come up with my treatment plan after being unsuccessful with just Rifaxamin+PHGG, herbal antimicrobals, then 2 weeks elemental diet. Tons of research, months worth lol.

Although I don’t have methane, my OAT showed some elevated fungal/yeast overgrowth that’s why I’m taking nystatin aswell, since Rifaxamin alone didn’t do anything.

A list of all the supplements I have planned on taking, now you probably don’t need ALL of them as they can be pricey, but I just wanna get it over with ASAP. So I didn’t mind paying for all the tests and supplements.

Change my mind please. I want to buy plenty of natural flavors from Olive Nation and it’s mostly just alcohol, water, natural flavors and some glycerin on some.( they have others with artificial flavors, colors, PG etc but obviously I don’t want those).

I wanna use those to avoid high carb foods like Ube and sugars for butterscotch.

The “healthy organic online community” thinks those are bad because of the ultra processed-ready to buy- foods, if you were to make ice cream at home with those flavors and some pure stevia or monkfruit, I don’t think you would have any issues. Plus on Olive Nation, you can see the brochure and if it’s derided from common allergens/animal/plant sources.

Now if you’re extra about this kind of stuff and a bit hypochondriac you could get extracts that come from essential oils like peppermint and almond and just have alcohol and water.
