Apologies if this is the wrong group to ask this, but I just moved into an apartment and realized that several of my walls are not actually firm but soft to the touch, and give way if I press against it (see video). When I google I get many results about moisture damage but the walls look pristine, and it’s not one specific area that is soft but the ENTIRE wall. Is this drywall? Is this something else? Why on earth are my wall bouncy?

Seller offering $500, w/ a used Thule carrying case. Has said it’s 54” Specialized Tarmac, Ultegra 10 speed. Possibly 2013/2014.

Is this a good deal? Will be testing it out later today.
