How have people felt about cornerstone? Considering signing with them. Prior reddit threads asking seem mixed, but the overall consensus seems to be they're not as bad as the bigger companies. True?

I've had trouble finding roommates on reddit/FB and am debating doing roommate matching at the rockland vs choosing a cheaper studio/one bed. I'm curious what other people's experiences have been like doing roommate matching through the Rockland? Thanks!
