Hi everyone,
I recently missed a Background Verification (BGV) call from Accenture on Saturday, 26 April.
As soon as I realized, I took the following steps:
-Tried calling back on the same number (but couldn’t connect)
-Sent a follow-up email explaining that I missed the call and I’m available now
-Raised a support ticket on the portal
As of today (Monday, 27 April), I haven’t received any response or callback yet.
I’m a bit concerned because I don’t want this to affect my onboarding or BGV process.
I wanted to ask:
-Is it normal for Accenture BGV team to delay response like this?
-Will they usually call again after a missed call?
-What should I do next in this situation?
-Does anyone know the correct email address and contact no follow up for BGV?
If anyone has gone through a similar situation, please share your experience or guidance.
