Hi! We’re trying to find the best rate. Home purchase range 500-700k. 5% down. 3k in monthly debts. High credit(750) We have a very high income but some income is shorter term w2 contract work and it’s hard to get lenders to count all of it. Worst case it seems they’ll only count one w2 job (200k) out of 450k income.

We’ve applied with rocket mortgage and 2 other brokers.

Should we apply to more? Is 3 enough? Anything else we should be doing or inquiring about as we decide which lender to go with?
