Im someone who doesn’t eat out much and like to eat according to a meal plan since i workout.

Usually buy some veggies, red meat, white meat, potatoes, rice, sugar free drinks, sauces, greek yogurt, frozen fruits( i dont buy fresh except kiwi and banana), eggs, bread etc

Im applying for a study permit for undergrad in canada and my parents will be sponsoring me.

Mt tuition is 39 k a year for 4 years

my parents are registered with a money lending company for legal purposes in philippines but operate on their own.

For proof of funds we got a GIC for 23k cad and have funds in bank cash 74 k cad

Problem is our bank statements don’t match the income we plan to show from our company certificate because its a lending business and we deposit cash which can vary in amounts.

On the company certificate it says 180 k php monthly income for my dad and 130 k php for my mom. However in November last year we had 730 k php deposit to the bank and then 300 k for the next 2 months then 250 k then 50 k for a month and now 150 k for this month.

However we do have 26 k cad income in lease agreement from our land.

My question is that is it fine to show this as my proof of funds and financial proof?

We do have 1.25 million cad in verified land and gold valuation as assets.
