Help with possible 2nd HT

Hey folks, I had a HT in Feb/24 in Turkey, and I find the result not natural at all. The line is very straight and it looks like doll’s hair. I also had a feeling that it changed my forehead/head’s shape (?!) because there’s like a bump where the hair starts.

Would I be able to correct and make it look more natural? What would be the best way to do it and if anyone has doctors/clinics to suggest in Brazil or Europe, I would appreciate it.
