ffs my hiking shoes have turned to crap and give me blister, can someone recommend a shoe that won't give me blisters and has some grip on the souls?

I had the alta lone peaks and I hated those because the soul had no grip and I could literally feel every rock poking my foot as I hiked up and down rocky slopes. I had oboz low tops next and those worked good for a while but there is something rubbing my heel now and giving me blisters I guess Im going to try to get new shoes. I want something that has some grip on the souls so I wont bust my rear when I fall and wont give me lots of blisters. I dont do long distance I usually do 5-10 mile day hikes.

How to fix hard plastic rubbing against back of heel?

I have a pair of oboz low top hiking shoes maybe 2 years old. Something in the back of the shoe is rubbing across the back of my heel and causing pain and blisters. It feels hard maybe like a piece of plastic. Is there any fix other than getting different shoes?

I'm trying to assemble some kitchen cabinets and the instructions from the company say to take a narrow crown staple gun, twist it upside down, and from the inside staple the cabinet frame to the sides. In the videos it shows the guy doing it but both stapler guns I've bought have a "nose" which is a safety feature that won't work at a 45 degree angle upside down because the nose is in the way and not letting the stapler itself make contact even on the deepest setting I cant get in there deep enough. Is there a special kind of stapler I have to use for this kind of task? I've tried to reach out to them and asking AI and doing google searches for answers but not having any luck getting answers.
