Young Professional (22F) looking for August sublet + option to renew in Somerville
Hi I'm currently a senior at UCLA and will be starting a new job in Somerville in August. I'm interested in joining a group of all-female young professionals or recent grads in an apartment in the Somerville/Cambridge/Medford area. I'm willing to commit to a lease that starts in August or September, or to start subleasing in August and renew in September. A bit about me:
- don't smoke, drink occasionally
- allergic to cats :( so no pets unfortunately
- will need to work from home 3 days/week Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- super clean and respectful, organized, quiet
- budget of around $1500/month
- prefer a more modern, renovated space but appliance just need to work well and be clean!
- will have a car, prefer to have a parking spot
Please let me know if you think this could be a good fit for you or your roommate group. I'd be more than willing to join an existing roommate group and sign onto the lease, or look for a 2b/1b or 2b/2b apartment with another young woman!
