Hi everyone,
I recently received an offer letter from Deloitte and my joining date is May 25th, 2026. Currently, I’m also in the process of receiving another offer from a different company with a higher salary package.
However, I’m more interested in joining Deloitte because of the brand value and overall career growth.
So I wanted to ask:
Is it possible to negotiate with the Deloitte HR at this stage and ask them to match or revise the offer based on another company’s offer?
Has anyone here successfully negotiated after receiving the offer letter?
Will negotiating negatively affect my joining or offer in any way?
Would really appreciate any guidance or experiences from people who have been in a similar situation. Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone, I recently got an offer from Deloitte USI as a Senior Analyst, and this is my first service-based company. I wanted to know if there will be client interviews after joining the company. If yes, how difficult are they, and what happens if we don’t clear them? Would appreciate any insights from people already working here.
