For context, Im one of the medicalVAs of 🟣

And currently, i have a very good client and doing more than 8 hrs per day.

I'm always being asked by my client (in a medyo pabirong tone). "Why dont you want to work with us directly". So ako sinasagot ko na lang ng "because they will ban me for life if i leave them"

Tapos reply naman nila, "That's fine we can offer you the same rate as what we're paying for"

So, ngayon medyo torn ako kasi nga naman 7 vs 9.50 di ba.

Pero I want to stay with 🟣 kasi medyo ok ok naman kahit minsan lang mangamusta.

Perooo, deep inside, syempre malaking bagay yung

2.5 x how many hours. And may possibility pa mag increase (feeling ko lang)

Thorn lang ako sa options.
