I've tried the hard press reset, followed the manual, nothing seems to work. The left and right earbuds are not linking up, they will even pair to different devices and each play back from different devices - firmware driver updates also won't go through via PC and I assume this is because they are not connecting properly as a pair n Bluetooth. Help! Has anyone come across this problem and found a solution?
