Attached pic isn’t great but really struggling to get this under control. It flares up when I shave my head but I generally need to shave my head!
I’ve got a selenium sulfide shampoo which I’ve used for the first time today and in the UK we have a company called seb who make an oil so I use that after shower
It starts to go like this event when wet and in the shower !
I shave my head for two reasons. Balding and generally have a dry scalp so it helps, sometimes
But perhaps 1 in 3 head shaves ends in my scalp like this. I use a Remington electric head shaver with proraso sensitive shaving crème, and rinse in the shower afterwards
It turns like this when wet, it’s not a case of it drying out. When I step out the shower it’s like shedding skin
What am I doing wrong?
My gym doesn’t have abductor or adductor. Both phase 1 and 2 call for it on lower hypertrophy days.
What’s recommended as a replacement? Or just skip? Cable cuffed version doesn’t feel right
