Chime ATM machine in Walgreens money did not dispense!
Last night 05/08/26 I stopped by Walgreens and wanted to get cash from my dayforce debit card. I have used the Chime atm machine many times because there is no fee to use my dayforce debit card .
There is one older guy in front of me using the atm, so I am waiting for him to finish. He is getting really frustrated with the atm machine and starts yelling “They robbed me , they stole my money” at this time Im thinking this guy is crazy or maybe has some money issues? He leaves and i walk up to withdrawl $100 cash, like I do every Friday usually. First the atm says my card is declined, I knew that was not possible . I attemped it again . The atm says its processing and getting my money. I wait (longer time processing than usual) . Then says no cash at this atm. I was like ok, i will go somewhere else. I go to another non chime atm. Says my $100 was withdrawn from my dayforce debit card. Im starting to panic! I go back to Walgreens ask the security gaurd what should I do? He laughs and says yeah is been happening alot. Wtf does this mean?
I call the number of the atm maching after on hold for 38 min they say it will be back in my account in a few hours.
I call my dayforce card , they are no help at all . The money is still missing 24 hrs later.
What is my best course of action?
