No screenshot for original order
So, app showed that I have $15 off if I order $60+. The store did not have all the items and the $15 was taken off my receipt and now I’m paying more for less items than original. I contacted customer support since they didn’t even tell me that the items were not replaced, I would’ve ordered more to get the $15 less.
Help chat says I need the screenshot. I cannot find it on the receipt nor on the app anymore. I only have the original pending charge and the posted pending charge showing as proof. Has anyone had this issue? Seems deceptive.
