For context: 28yo trans man, on testosterone for 10 years. Vagina present but ovaries, uterus, and cervix all removed 10 years ago. Throwaway account for obvious reasons.
For the past few days I've been noticing some vague smell from my genitals on and off, and I can feel some discharge/wetness throughout the day, which is unusual for me. I've had a look today and there is some white, thick discharge from/around the vagina. There's also some little white lumps on the labia minora. Not currently sexually active so not an STI. I've taken some pictures, not great quality but it's difficult to get the camera to focus.
Does it look like an infection? or something else?
