Should I start Min + Fin, or Fin only for now?
Hey yall, so I (26M) got a 10 month supply of 1.2 mg Fin and 3.0 mg Minoxidil from HIMS (2 in 1)
In addition, I got prescribed 1 mg of Fin from my healthcare provider.
Should I begin with Fin only?
I bought it out of fear because I just don’t want to lose my hair. I’ve been thin at the crown for over a year now and it has NOT gotten worse from what I noticed, but I definitely want to prevent it from doing so.
What are y’all’s thoughts? Should I send it? Just Fin or both? I’m also worried about the shedding phase and how long that will typically last for me so I don’t know about starting Minoxidil just yet.
