Hey everyone! I’ve been feeling so stuck at the location I’m at in Michigan. The education director cancels classes (I’ve only had 1 extension class for hand tied not tape) and I’ve been there for 1 year. I was so excited to work with Ulta for the great education my store advertised but I’ve really been teaching myself and I don’t do well with that. Doesn’t help that my managers are not licensed cosmetologist. I’ve really been looking into working at a commission salon to help me grow and find what my sweet spot is if that makes any sense haha. I’f you ever left Ulta was it the best decision? I just don’t know what to do right now

Is the canon sx 720 hs much different then the 740 hs? I’ve been doing some research and I don’t see much of a difference other than the video and the screen flip

Do I have to ask my salon manager if I can get piercings turned off or can I just turn them off? I feel rude just turning it off but I’m not comfortable doing them at all. I feel like I’m always doing it crooked and I’ve had 2 people come in needing a redo.
