Hey all, quick question. I recently lost my job and had to schedule a "promise to pay" for my April internet bill. I scheduled it for June 3rd (I had to do as far out as they'd let me). I just got an email stating that I have the promise to pay scheduled for 6/3 but my internet is scheduled to be suspended on 5/14. It was like "if you keep this promise to pay, your internet wont be suspended". The only part I'm confused about is the scheduled suspension is before my scheduled 6/3 payment date? Does anyone have experience with this? I've done promise to pay in the past but I guess the date was always before the suspension date. I assume I should expect disconnection on the 14th? Thanks in advance!
