I'm setting up a private 1.21.11 survival world for me and a few close friends. We usually play pure vanilla, but this time I want to add some quality-of-life tweaks without completely changing the vanilla feel.

For those who run small private servers, what are your absolute must-have datapacks or plugins to make multiplayer with friends more enjoyable? (Like multiplayer sleep, etc.)
