Anyone following this case? It appears this case is the most likely to strike down the entire Pause because it is a class action suit, unlike either Hacking, McBean, and/or IMMpact cases that were for a limited relief for those in the lawsuit.

I believe there is a oral hearing for this scheduled on 5/21 after which the judge will rule on this. Hopefully this allows this pause to be stricken out. Keeping hope alive!

Can someone help us summarize the extent of Judge Kobick's ruling it appears it only applies to those named in the Lawsuit. Does not seem to be a nationwide injunction.
