Goal is fat loss while maintaining strength and muscle. Currently training regularly with compound lifts and eating in a calorie deficit. Energy during workouts is good, but I feel moderately exhausted after sessions. Initial nausea from Retatrutide has mostly settled. Resting HR averages ~72 on rest days and ~79 on training days.

  • Does the recovery/resting HR pattern sound normal during a cut with this stack?
