Hey everyone, i do amazon to ebay dropshipping. i just wanted to make a post going over my setup
im based in the uk, right now im paying 540 gbp a month for anchor store subscription, 100 gbp for trackerbot (changes amazon tracking number to one that fits into ebay), around 150 gbp for amazon prime and then 150 for software.
yes, expensive right?
i started on dec 26th on this account, i listed around 200-300 items a day at 60% markup. sales started coming in, i only had 1 amazon account so i had to push my markup from 60% to 200%. i only do 5 orders per day per amazon account
by around jan 26th i had about 10k listings, had purchased anchor store sub on ebay and was doing around 2k gbp a week in rev (25% profit margins).
again my sales started increasing, so i had to boost my markup back up to 200% and make more amazon accounts. (amazon accounts are a pain)
essentially after creating more amazon accounts, i scaled from 10k listings to 40k listings, that took me from about jan all the way to march. i then deleted all my listings that had 0 views (i pruned from 40k listings to 18k) and then re-listed all the way back up to 35k listings.
ive attached a screenshot of my sales, my average order value is 11 gbp
is this method good? yes. is the ony reason im doing this because i couldnt suceed on shopify? yes lol
amazon to ebay works pretty well, i wouldnt recommend doing what i do, its pretty messy and a little unsustainable. i would run an account and just scale it to 25k listings, 100% markup and make around 2k gbp. i know its not a lot but i feel like its a good way to then take some of those profits and test products on shopify via facebook ads
