Here’s what I think fits you specifically based on everything you’ve talked about in past conversations:
Why Garmin Instinct 3 probably keeps pulling you back

You repeatedly mention:
the MIP display
battery life
flashlight
rugged aesthetic
wanting one device only
wanting less charging stress
That tells me you’re emotionally drawn to a device that feels durable, calm, and low-maintenance.
The Instinct 3 gives you:
excellent sleep tracking
HRV/recovery/training readiness
great fitness metrics
almost no charging anxiety
less “dopamine pull” than Apple Watch
And the flashlight sounds minor until you own it — Garmin users end up using it constantly.
If you want one wearable that feels sustainable for years, Garmin is probably the safest choice psychologically.

Why Apple Watch still tempts you
Apple Watch is hard to ignore because it does things the others simply cannot:
ECG
sleep apnea notifications
emergency/safety ecosystem
best smartwatch experience
richest app ecosystem
But you already said:
“I can charge it every day but I don’t like that.”
That matters more than people think.
A tracker you subconsciously resent charging becomes something you eventually stop wearing consistently.
Also: Apple Watch can create more “checking behavior” and notification overload compared with Garmin or Oura.
One important clarification:
Apple Watch currently does not provide continuous true blood pressure readings. Reports about future BP features exist, but they are not fully implemented yet.

WHOOP’s biggest strength
WHOOP is probably the best at:
recovery interpretation
behavior coaching
habit correlation
making biometrics actionable
And since you already used the WHOOP blood biomarkers, you’ve experienced something valuable:
it connected wearable data with actual physiology.
That’s powerful motivation.
But WHOOP also has tradeoffs:
no screen
ongoing subscription
less versatile outside recovery/fitness
many people eventually feel “data fatigue”
WHOOP is strongest for highly engaged optimization-minded users.

Oura Ring is best if…
You mainly care about:
sleep
stress
recovery
comfort
minimalism
Oura is probably the least mentally intrusive tracker.
But if you love the look and interaction of watches, you may eventually find it emotionally underwhelming.

My overall recommendation for you
If you want:
the tracker you’ll probably enjoy wearing the longest,
the least charging stress,
strong health insights,
outdoor utility,
fewer distractions,
and one device only…

I think the best fit is:
Garmin Instinct 3 Solar
Especially because you already sound emotionally attached to it.

Not because it has the most sensors — Apple probably wins there — but because it aligns best with the lifestyle you seem to want:
less friction, more consistency, durable daily use.
If your #1 priority were medical-style health features and smartwatch convenience, I’d tell you to get the Apple Watch instead.

But based on how you describe these devices, the Garmin sounds like the one you actually want to wear every day.

Please Garmin!

Give us a sapphire lens, ecg, elevate 5, maps, larger data on the screen (47 mm which would be in between the 45 and 50). I guess they won’t because they will say to buy a Fenix but I would be willing to pay more than $499 for an Instinct 4 that had all that.
